Release of Liability

 

Parents and/or guardians please read release of liability.

Liability statement: Client/Parent/Guardian acknowledges that there are risks inherent with live entertainment. These include, but are not limited to, dangers from tripping over equipment, 
dangers from falling off and misuse of toys/soft play. Dangers from glitter/face paint/make up
and brushes.

Client assumes the liability for all such risks and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kids Entertainment Algarve against any and all accidents, claims, judgements, cost or liability for damage, injury to any person or property during the event including time of setup and take down by guests and staff.

Client/Parent/Guardian takes full responsibility with allowing/having Kids Entertainment Algarve staff paint or glitter their face or another extremity of their body. 

Artist is not liable for bodily damage caused by glitter or allergic reactions to make up. It is the parents responsibility to notify the artist if their child has sensitive skin.

For sanitary reasons artist will not paint anyone who is or appears to be sick or be suffering from
cold sores, conjunctivitis, any skin conditions, eczema or open wounds.

Artist will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property.

Please note that Kids Entertainment Algarve takes great care in precautions to assure a safe and sanitary experience. 
All products used are FDA compliant and EU compliant. All products are regulated as a cosmetic are just as safe (or more so) as something you would find at an upscale cosmetic counter.
Ingredients include Glycerin and pigment. The products are also hypoallergenic and not tested on animals.
